At Infinity Watch, we are committed to providing high-quality Imported and Renewed Luxury Wrist Watches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition with no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.
  • Be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The watch has been worn, damaged, modified, resized, or repaired.
  • Protective films, tags, or original packaging are missing.
  • The mandatory 360ยฐ unboxing video is not provided for damage or missing item claims.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another approved payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5โ€“7 business days after approval.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • The mandatory continuous 360ยฐ unboxing video

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping where applicable.

For returns due to personal preference, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned under the terms of this policy.

Important Note

Our watches include Imported and Professionally Renewed Luxury Wrist Watches. Minor cosmetic variations or packaging differences may exist depending on the model and sourcing. Such variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
