At Infinity Watch, we are committed to offering quality Imported and Professionally Renewed Luxury Wrist Watches. To ensure your peace of mind, all eligible watches purchased from us are covered by a 1-Year Domestic Warranty against manufacturing defects.

1-Year Domestic Warranty

Every watch purchased from Infinity Watch comes with a 1-Year Domestic Warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement and internal mechanical or electronic components under normal use.

What Is Covered

The warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
  • Defects in internal mechanical or electronic components.
  • Functional issues arising from normal use.
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to inspection by our service team.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage.
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or mishandling.
  • Water damage unless the watch is specifically rated as water-resistant and used within its stated limits.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal battery depletion (unless caused by a manufacturing defect).
  • Damage to straps, bracelets, buckles, clasps, bezels, glass, crowns, or external components due to regular use.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Our support team will guide you through the inspection and warranty process.

Inspection & Service

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our technical team.

If the issue is covered under warranty, the watch will be repaired or replaced at no additional service cost. If the issue is found to be outside the warranty terms, we will inform you of the available paid repair options before proceeding.

Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase or Order ID is required for all warranty claims.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and cannot be extended after repairs or replacements.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be required to send the product to our service center for inspection.

If the defect is covered under warranty, repair service will be provided free of charge. Shipping charges, if any, will be handled according to our warranty service process.
